Preparation
1. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. Wash apple, quarter it, remove the core and cut it into pieces. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
2. In a tall bowl, place bananas, apples, lemon juice, oat flakes, soy yogurt, cinnamon
and finely puree it.
Fill the drink into glasses and enjoy!
Tip: Put oat flakes in oat milk the evening before to make the oat flakes more digestible.

25 g Oat flakes
150 ml Oat milk
