Step 1 Put tahini, soy sauce, lemon juice and soy yoghurt in a stand mixer (alternatively use a hand blender).
Step 2 Puree into a creamy dressing.
Step 3 Optionally season with chili powder.
TIP: Yogurt is a low-calorie, low-fat way to stretch dressings and sauces. If you mix it with tahini or a nut butter, the dressing or sauce will have a nutty note and taste less like a typical yogurt dressing.
15 g Tahini (sesame butter)
1 tbsp Soy sauce (15 ml)
2 tsp Lemon juice (10 ml)
90 g Unsweetened soy yoghurt
Some Chili powder (optional)
