Step 1 Toast whole grain bread
Step 2 Cut the carrot into sticks or roughly chop it
Step 3 Cut the tomato and cucumber into thin slices
Step 4 Spread the beetroot hummus on a slice of bread and place the second slice of bread on top.

10 g Fresh baby spinach (alternatively rocket or sprouts)
