Preparation
Step 1 Toast the whole grain toast as desired.
Step 2 Place the avocado and lemon juice in a bowl Add and mash with a fork.
Step 3 Rinse the chickpeas well and add them to the bowl. Mash them until you get a chunky mixture.
Step 4 Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5 A slice of toast with the avocado-chickpea mixture Spread, put spinach on top and place the other slice of toast on top.
2 slices of whole grain toast (50 g)
1/2 Avocado (75 g)
2 tsp Lemon juice (10 ml)
80 g Cooked chickpeas
Pinch of Salt & pepper
10 g Fresh spinach
