Preparation
Step 1 Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
Step 2 Finely chop the onion, garlic and coriander.
Step 3 Optionally finely chop the chili pepper.
Step 4 Put everything together in a bowl and mix with lime juice.
Step 5 Season with salt and pepper.

TIP:
1. Depending on how hot you like it, you can prepare the salsa without the chili pepper or increase the level of spiciness to your liking.
2. The taste intensifies if you let the salsa steep a little before serving. You can also prepare them the day before and put them in the fridge overnight.
3 Tomatoes (270 g)
½ Red onion (40 g)
1 Garlic clove
10 g Fresh coriander (alternatively fresh parsley)
1 Fresh chili pepper (optional)
2 tsp Lime juice (10 ml)
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
