Preparation
Step 1 Put all the ingredients in a stand mixer (alternatively use a hand blender).
Step 2 On a high level puree until you get a creamy dressing.
Step 3 Season with salt and pepper.
TIP: Salad dressings are often made with a lot of oil and therefore contain a lot of calories. However, you can easily reduce the oil and use the dressing instead “extend” other ingredients, such as fruit or yoghurt.
2 tsp Olive oil (10 g)
2 tbsp Lemon juice (30 ml)
Some Lemon zest (optional)
2 tbsp Water (30 ml)
1 tsp Mustard (5 g)
30 g Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
