Preparation
1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly in a sieve with hot water. Then bring approx. 120 ml of salted water to the boil in a pot and cover and simmer on a low level for approx. 12 minutes.
2. Wash the spring onions, remove the root ends and cut into fine rings.
Halve the onion, peel it and cut it into fine rings. wash strawberries,
remove stem and cut into slices.
3. Wash and drain the lettuce. Wash the lemon and grate about 1 teaspoon of the peel. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Roughly chop the walnuts.
4. Mix the quinoa with spring onion, onions, strawberries, lettuce, lemon zest and walnuts in a bowl. Refine with olive oil, lemon juice, agave syrup, salt and pepper and serve on a plate.
