Step 1 Boil the unpeeled potatoes in water for about 20 minutes until they are cooked.
Step 2 Prepare the quinoa according to the package instructions.
Step 3 Meanwhile, chop the onion, garlic, and parsley finely.
Step 4 Drain the cooked potatoes and then peel them, mash them with a fork and let them cool down a little.
Step 5 Knead all the ingredients together, except the rapeseed oil, and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Step 6 Form patties with moistened hands and fry on both sides in rapeseed oil.
250 g Potatoes
125 g Quinoa
1/2 Onion (40 g)
1 Garlic clove
10 g Fresh parsley
Some Cumin powder
Some Paprika powder
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
2 tsp Rapeseed oil (10 g)
