Preparation
1. Wash red lentils in a sieve with cold water and drain. Then cook in a pot with 150 ml of water for approx. 8 minutes until al dente, drain into a sieve and let cool.
2. Finely chop walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and cashews, maple syrup and stir.
3. Line a loaf pan with baking paper. Pour in the mixture, press firmly into the loaf pan and cool it for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
4. Carefully remove the cold mixture from the loaf pan and cut evenly into 8 bars. One portion is 2 bars. You can keep the rest in the refrigerator for about one week.
