Step 1 Put the oat flakes with almond drink and vanilla in a small pot and bring to the boil.
Step 2 Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Add some water if necessary.
Step 3 Roughly chop the almonds and add them to the porridge along with the blueberries.
TIP: Porridge is also good for making in advance. You can cook it the night before, fill it in a screw-top jar and put it in the fridge. The next morning your healthy breakfast will be waiting for you.
40 g Tender oat flakes
300 ml Unsweetened almond drink
Pinch of Vanilla powder
20 g almonds
80 g blueberries
