Step 1 Put the flour in a mixing bowl and form a well in the middle. Put the yeast in the well and pour warm (not hot) water over it. Let stand briefly. Add olive oil and salt and knead with your hands or a hand mixer to form an elastic dough.
Step 2 Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step 3 Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
Step 4 Halve the olives and slice the cherry tomatoes.
Step 5 Roll out the dough thinly and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Prick at even intervals with a fork.
Step 6 Spread the dough with tomato paste and then spread the sieved tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with oregano and salt and pepper. Top with tomatoes and olives.
Step 7 Bake the pizza in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the edge is slightly brown.
Step 8 Before serving, sprinkle the pizza with pumpkin seeds and chia seeds and top with rocket.

60 g Cherry tomatoes
40 g Tomato paste
180 g Sieved Tomatoes
Some Dried oregano
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
10 g Pumpkin seeds
1 tsp Chia seeds (5 g)
20 g Rocket
