Preparation
Step 1 Simmer the peas in a pot with a little water for 5 minutes, then drain and drain in a sieve.
Step 2 Puree all ingredients in a stand mixer until creamy (alternatively use a hand blender).
Step 3 If necessary, add a little water or a little more lemon juice.
Step 4 Season hummus with cumin, salt and pepper.

TIP: This hummus is wonderful as a spread or as a dip for vegetable sticks.
80 g Peas (frozen)
60 g Cooked chickpeas
1 tsp Olive oil (5 g)
5g Tahini (sesame butter)
1 tbsp Lemon juice (15 ml)
Some Cumin powder
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
