Preparation

Step 1 3/4 of the banana with a fork crush into puree.

Step 2 Mix the banana puree with the remaining ingredients.

Step 3 Pour everything into a screw-top jar or a sealable bowl.

Step 4 Cut the remaining banana into slices and spread over it.

Step 5 Place in the refrigerator overnight.


TIP:

1. Prepared the night before and no more time stress in the morning. This breakfast can be eaten straight away in the morning or taken with you without any effort.

2. These overnight oats can be modified however you like. How about an apple-cinnamon version with almonds or a berry-coconut version?

1 Ripe banana (100 g)

15 g Peanut butter

100 g Unsweetened soy skyr

120 ml Unsweetened almond drink

40 g Oat flakes

2 tsp Chia seeds (10 g)
