Preparation
Step 1 Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2 Cut the zucchini, broccoli and tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 3 Heat the rapeseed oil in a large pot and sauté the onions and garlic.
Step 4 Add the zucchini, broccoli, tomatoes, pasta and oregano and cover with vegetable broth.
Step 5 Bring to the boil and simmer for about 15 minutes until the pasta is cooked. Stir regularly and add a little water if necessary.
Step 6 Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper and optionally serve with fresh basil.
1 Onion (80 g)
1 Garlic clove
1 Zucchini (200 g)
1/2 Broccoli (250 g)
200 g Tomatoes
2 tbsp Rapeseed oil (10 g)
200 g Wholemeal pasta
Some Dried oregano
450 ml Vegetable broth
Some Paprika powder
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Some Fresh basil (optional)
