Preparation

Step 1 Mix linseed with water in a small bowl and set aside.

Step 2 Cut the onion and mushrooms into very small cubes. Sauté in a pan with 2-3 tablespoons of water until the mushrooms are soft.

Step 3 In a large bowl, mash white beans with a fork until a coarse paste forms.

Step 4 Add the oatmeal, linseed, mushrooms and onions, stir with a fork and mash lightly. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.

Step 5 Gradually add cornstarch until a malleable mass is formed.

Step 6 With moistened hands, form 6 patties and fry them in the rapeseed oil on both sides until golden brown.

1 Onion (80 g)

100 g Mushrooms

150 g Cooked white beans

25 g Tender oat flakes

Pinch of Salt & Pepper

Some Dried thyme

2 tsp Cornstarch (10 g)

1 tsp Rapeseed oil (5 g)
