Step 1 Preheat the oven to 160°C (circulating air).
Step 2 Squeeze the tofu with your hands so that the water comes out and it can absorb the marinade better. Cube the tofu.
Step 3 Mix tomato paste, soy sauce, water, and paprika powder in a Tupperware box. Add the tofu, close the can and shake well so that the tofu is covered with marinade on all sides.
Step 4 Place the tofu on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 5 In the meantime, cut the romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and avocado into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
Step 6 Pour linseed oil and lemon juice over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
Step 7 Let the tofu cool briefly and then pour it over the salad.
200 g natural tofu
1 tbsp tomato paste (15 g)
1 tbsp soy sauce (15 ml)
2 tbsp water (30 ml)
Pinch of Hot paprika powder
1 romaine lettuce heart (150 g)
1/2 cucumber (175 g)
4 tomatoes (360 g)
1/2 avocado (75 g)
1 tbsp linseed oil (15 g)
1 tbsp lemon juice (15 ml)
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
