Preparation
Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C top and bottom heat.
Step 2 Peel and dice the potatoes and cook them in salted water.
Step 3 Finely chop the parsley, onion and garlic, and chop the carrots and mushrooms.
Step 4 Heat rapeseed oil in a pot and sauté onions in it. Add carrots, mushrooms and garlic and fry briefly.
Step 5 Add tomato paste, pureed tomatoes, lentils and parsley. Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 6 Drain the cooked potatoes, add margarine and oat drink and mash them into mashed potatoes using a potato masher. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Step 7 Put the lentil mixture in a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes on top.
Step 8 Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

200 g Mushrooms
2 tsp Rapeseed oil (10 g)
2 tbsp Tomato paste (30 g)
100 g Sieved tomatoes
300 g Cooked brown lentils
Some Paprika powder
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
1 tsp Olive oil (5 g)
50 ml Unsweetened oat drink
Some Nutmeg powder (optional)
