Preparation
Step 1 Put the dates in a small pot, cover with water and cook for 10 minutes until soft.
Step 2 Drain the liquid.
Step 3 Place 30 g of the oat flakes in a high-performance stand mixer and grind into coarse oat flour.
Step 4 Add dates, chia seeds, hazelnut puree and apple pulp and puree in the blender to form a mass.
Step 5 Pour the mixture into a bowl. Add the almonds, cocoa nibs and the remaining oat flakes and mix with the mixture.
Step 6 Form 10 small balls from the mixture.
Step 7 Roll balls in desiccated coconut.
Step 8 Optionally place in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve chilled.
