Step 1 Halve or quarter the tomatoes depending on their size and cut the peppers into small pieces.
Step 2 Finely chop the onion and parsley.
Step 3 In a large bowl, add tomatoes, peppers, onion, parsley, white beans and kidney beans and mix together.Step 4 Pour olive oil and lemon juice over it, add salt and pepper and optionally chili flakes to taste.
200 g Cherry tomatoes
1 Red pepper (150 g)
½ Red onion (40 g)
10 g Fresh parsley
150 g Cooked white beans
150 g Cooked kidney beans
2 tsp Olive oil (10 g)
1 tsp Lemon juice (15 ml)
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Pinch of Chili flakes (optional)
