Preparation
1. Roast the oat flakes in a pot with sunflower oil on a medium heat for about 2 minutes until they start to smell. Add the oat milk to the pot and simmer over medium heat for approx. 10 minutes, stirring constantly. After about 5 minutes, add chia seeds and cook along.
2. Wash strawberries, remove the stalk and quarter them. Season porridge with honey and serve garnished with strawberries.

15 g Chia seeds
80 g Oat flakes
20 g Walnuts
