Step 1 Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 2 Peel and halve the bananas.
Step 3 Using a teaspoon, spread the melted chocolate evenly over the banana halves.
Step 4 Chop walnuts and almonds. Sprinkle chocolate bananas with chopped walnuts, almonds, cocoa nibs and coconut flakes.
Step 5 Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

TIP:
1. If you want a chocolaty-sweet snack but want to save the calories of pure chocolate, these chocolate bananas are just right for you! During strawberry season, the bananas can also be wonderfully swapped for strawberries.
2. You can vary the toppings for the chocolate bananas as you wish.
30 g Dark chocolate (80% cocoa content)
2 Bananas (200 g)
1 Walnut kernel (3 g)
2 Almonds (4 g)
1/2 tsp Cocoa nibs (2 g)
1/2 tsp Desiccated coconut (2 g)
