Preparation
Step 1 Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2 Slice garlic and mushrooms.
Step 3 Fry the garlic together with the dried oregano in the rapeseed oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 4 Add mushrooms and fry for 5-6 minutes until tender.
Step 5 Drizzle mushrooms with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
Step 6 Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the mushrooms.
Step 7 Optionally garnish with fresh oregano or other fresh herbs before serving.
200 g Chickpeas pasta
6 Cloves of garlic
250 g Mushrooms
Some Dried oregano
1 tbsp rapeseed oil (15 g)
1 tbsp Lime juice (15 ml)
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Some Fresh oregano (optional)
