Step 1 If using frozen cherries: Thaw the cherries and drain them.
Step 2 Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
Step 3 Sift wholemeal flour and baking cocoa and mix with baking soda and salt. Step 4 Mix apple pulp, coconut oil, agave syrup and almond drink and add to the flour mixture. Mix everything until the ingredients have combined.
Step 5 Chop the chocolate and fold it into the dough.
Step 6 Line a small baking pan (approx. 23 x 23 cm) with baking paper and smooth out the dough.
Step 7 Distribute the cherries evenly over the dough and press them in lightly.
Step 8 Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
200 g Pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
220 g Wholemeal flour
30 g Baking cocoa
1 tsp Baking soda (5 g)

120 ml Unsweetened almond drink
50 g Dark chocolate (80% cocoa content)
