Step 1 Cut broccoli into small florets and steam cook them in a pot in a little water for 5-6 minutes until they are al dente. Then set aside and let cool briefly.
Step 2 Cut the cucumber into long strips using a vegetable peeler. Cut the peppers into small pieces. Roughly dice the smoked tofu.
Step 3 Mix peanut butter with lime juice and soy sauce in a bowl. Gradually add water (1 tbsp or more) until the desired dressing consistency is achieved. Optionally season with chili.
Step 4 Place broccoli, cucumber, peppers and tofu in a bowl. Pour peanut dressing over it and garnish with sesame seeds.

100 g smoked tofu
30 g peanut butter
2 tbsp lime juice (30 ml)
1 tbsp soy sauce (15 ml)
1 tbsp water (15 ml)
Pinch of chili powder or chili flakes (optional)
2 tsp Black sesame seeds (10 g)
