Step 1 Put the banana in a large bowl and mash it into a puree with a fork.
Step 2 Add the oat drink and mix well with the banana puree.
Step 3 Mix wholemeal flour, ground almonds, baking powder and vanilla. Then add all the ingredients to the banana puree and mix everything into a dough.
Step 4 Put 2 tablespoons of dough in a coated pan, spread a few blueberries on top and turn after about 2 minutes. Bake the other side for about 2 minutes too.
Step 5 The dough will make about 4 pancakes, depending on the size.
1/2 Ripe banana (50 g)
80 ml Unsweetened oat drink
50 g wholemeal flour
10 g ground almonds
1 tsp baking powder (5 g)
Pinch of vanilla powder
60 g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
