Preparation
Step 1 Roughly chop the almonds.
Step 2 Mix chopped almonds with oat flakes, soy flakes, vanilla and cinnamon.
Step 3 Mix lemon juice with yogurt. Optionally stir in vanilla.
Step 4 Layer the almond-oatmeal mixture, lemon yoghurt and berries alternately in a glass.
TIP:
1. This fruity, fresh breakfast is prepared in no time and is still something special. The layering makes it look particularly beautiful.
2. If you like it a little sweeter, you can add a splash of agave syrup to the yoghurt.
20g almonds
30g oat flakes
20g soy flakes
Pinch of Vanilla powder
Pinch of Cinnamon powder
1 tsp Lemon juice (5 ml)
150 g Unsweetened soy yogurt
100 g Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
