Preparation
Step 1 Put all ingredients in a mixer (alternatively use a hand blender)
Step 2 Blend well until a creamy mixture is formed. If necessary, add more water.
Step 3 Season with cumin, salt and pepper and garnish as desired, e.g. with fresh herbs
1 Cooked beetroot (100 g)
240 g Cooked chickpeas
1 Clove of garlic
15 g Tahini (sesame butter)
2 tbsp Lime juice
60 ml Water
1 tbsp Olive oil (15 g)
Some Cumin powder
Some Dried rosemary
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
