Preparation
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
Step 2 Put 3 bananas together with the oat drink and rapeseed oil in a large bowl and mash them into a puree with a fork or a potato masher.
Step 3 Mix flour and soy flour with cinnamon. Sift in the baking powder and mix it with the flour.
Step 4 Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the banana puree until a smooth dough is formed.
Step 5 Brush a small cake tray (approx. 30 x 20 cm) thinly with rapeseed oil. Pour in the dough and smooth it out.
Step 6 Cut the fourth banana into slices, distribute the slices evenly on the dough and press them in lightly.
Step 7 Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Let cool down.
4 Very ripe bananas (400 g)
110 ml Unsweetened oat drink
30 g Rapeseed oil
200 g Flour (whole grain or type 1050)
50 g Soy flour
1 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/2 pack Baking powder (8 g)
