Preparation
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
Step 2 Mash the bananas with a fork to make a puree.
Step 3 Put 30 g of the oat flakes in a stand mixer and grind on high speed to form oat flour.
Step 4 Crush the walnuts with your hands.
Step 5 Mix banana puree, walnuts, oat flour, remaining oat flakes and optional cinnamon.
Step 6 Line a baking tray with baking paper and portion the dough onto it using spoons and press it slightly flat.
Step 7 Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Step 8 Let the cookies cool slightly before removing them from the baking tray.
2 Very ripe bananas (200 g)
80 g Oat flakes
25 g Walnuts
Some Cinnamon powder (optional)
