Preparation
1. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh using a spoon. Loosen the pulp from the peel and mash it slightly with a fork. Wash and cut the tomato into slices.
2. Distribute the avocado evenly among the bread slices and season with salt, pepper and basil. Serve avocado bread garnished with tomato.
