Step 1 Put the avocado in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Step 2 Stir in soy skyr and lime juice.
Step 3 Finely chop the parsley and stir into the dip.
Step 4 Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 5 Garnish with linseed oil before serving.
TIP:
1. To change the taste of this dip, you can use other herbs instead of parsley. How about basil, thyme, lemon balm or oregano? If you can't decide, just use several herbs.
2. Fresh vegetable sticks, such as carrots, peppers, cucumbers and celery, go well with the dip.
1/2 Avocado (75 g)
150 g Unsweetened soy skyr
3 tsp Lime juice (15 ml)
5 g Fresh parsley
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
1 tsp Linseed oil (5 g)
