Preparation
Step 1 Preheat oven to 160°C (circulating air).
Step 2 Mix flour, oat flakes and optionally cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
Step 3 Chop the dried apricots. Roughly chop the pumpkin seeds. Roughly grate the apple with a grater. Stir the apricots, pumpkin seeds, and apple into the flour mixture.
Step 4 Add agave syrup and almond butter and mix thoroughly with a fork. Add up to 50 ml of water until a sticky consistency is formed.
Step 5 Line a rectangular baking dish or a small baking tray with baking paper and pour the dough into it, pressing it down well.
Step 6 Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 7 Remove from the oven and cut into 8 pieces while still warm, then allow to cool.
