Step 1 Cut the apple into slices and cut out the core in a circle.
Step 2 Spread peanut butter on the apple slices.
Step 3 Spread the blueberries on the peanut butter.

TIP:
1. Peanut butter, unlike peanut butter, is made from 100% peanuts and is therefore free of added sugar and unhealthy, hydrogenated fats (such as palm oil).
2. You can also get creative and use a different nut butter or other toppings of your choice. How about brown almond butter and cinnamon for example?

15 g Peanut butter
20 g Blueberries
